In 1997, Paromita Chakraborty attended a 2 – month residency at Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance, New York on receiving the Coca Cola Scholarship for Artistic Excellence
In 1998, Mitali Sinha received the Charles Wallace India Trust Arts Award through the British Council and attended a 3 – month study programme at The Laban Centre for Movement and Dance, London.
In 2000, Varshaa Bardhan on receiving a scholarship from ASCPA attended a residency at The Alvin Ailey American Dance Centre, New York.
In 2003, Alakta Chatterjee, Kasturi Sinha Roy, Allen Perris and Tirtha Pratim Ghosh attended a residency at The Place Theatre in London on receiving a scholarship from ASCPA.
A Japanese student, Yoko Nakamuri attended a year’s residency at ASCPA from 1993 – 94.
2004 – Lahama Bose, Sudeshna Khatua and Piali Sen received scholarships from ASCPA and attended a summer residency for 3 weeks at The Place in London.
2005 – Varshaa Bardhan Ghosh received the Charles Wallace India Trust Arts Award through the British Council and has just returned from the Laban Centre in London after attending a six month Independent Study Programme. She stood first amongst all the participants.
